own certificate in Edo State. Remember that post
we gave to you some days back? Let me refresh
your memory.
It was drama, Tuesday, at the venue of the
verification of certificates of primary school
teachers in Edo State, as a teacher in Asologun
Primary School, Ikpoba Okha Local Government
Area of the state, Mrs. Augusta Odemwinge could
not read a sworn affidavit she purportedly
tendered as part of her credentials.
When Mrs. Odenwingie took her turn during the
exercise, the governor, who listened to her
defence, asked her to read the affidavit she
presented, but she stuttered, to the consternation
of everybody around. Read full post HERE!
Watch the video as this Teacher in Edo State
could not read her own certificate (sworn affidavit)
during a verification exercise stammered and
couldn’t read words correctly.
What do you want to teach students when you
can’t read yourself? The Governor kept correcting
her as she made several mistakes while reading
and at a point the Governor asked “who is the
teacher now?” She replied “You sir”.
